Have you ever wondered about Distress Stains, Perfect Pearl Misters.....well this is class for you. We will be creating and coloring flowers and leaves for these beautiful FALL cards.

MISTI-FIED CARD CLASS

We will be creating 3 Fall themed cards. Do you want to learn more about Ranger products?
We will be coloring papers using a "Distress Reinker Mixture"
(Mini-Mister, Distress Reinker, Perfect Pearls and Water). Join us for this fun filled, inky class!!
You will go home with a Distress Reinker Mister Mixture of your own.

JUNE CLASS SCHEDULE....

So we have added a few classes in the month of June....

First class will be a Card Class using Graphic 45's Baby 2 Bride Collection...(I love this paper). We will be creating 3 cards and you will also get to try out some of the new Distress Inks! The class will be held on Thursday, June 3rd at 6:00 pm. Price per person will be $15.00.

The next class will be held on Thursday, June 10th at 6:00 pm. This will be a "Get Your Hands Dirty" class for sure!!!

We will be using the Bind-It-All Machine, the Distrezz-It-All and something really fun....we will be coloring Prima flowers. The class size WILL BE LIMITED. So register early. Price per person is $25.00

I LOVE everything about this collection and this layout!!! The small patterns are great for layouts and card making. How cute is the banner she created to accent her layout!! The inked edges and the faux stitching help it to pop off the paper.

Beautiful Blue Eyes

Oh I had such fun creating this layout of my precious beautiful Granddaughter Olivia Faith. Its hard to get a smile out of her when she knows you are taking her picture. So this is a serious shot. She is a very happy girl normally. :-)

She loves everything ladybug and I felt it appropriate to use my ladybug punch from Martha Stewart. I used papers and cardstock stickers from the Fresh Print Clothesline Collection from Little Yellow Bicycle, lace from May Arts, Bazzil cardstock, Dew Drops from The Robins Nest, pearl embellishments from Hero Arts and I cut the letters from my "Slice Machine" Basics 3 disk. Her age is notated on this layout and not in writing. Can you find it? I hope this springy layout will spark your creativity.

Make the time to create.

Whoo Hoo!! I have managed to do some scrapbook layouts recently!! So happy to take the time to create. I have decided to set aside at least one nite a week and create at least 1 layout or project to add to the blog. We always say we don't have the time. We all have the time to do what we want if we take the time to plan. It just takes a time management plan and to follow the plan. :-) So set aside some time for YOU and create. This will make you feel sooooo good. It has me. :-)

Here is a 2 page layout that I created from pictures of my Aruba 2009 vacation. The left hand page was inspired by a sketch that Lynne had created and challenged us to create a page from it. It was interesting to see how each of us were inspired by the same sketch yet how different each layout was.

For these 2 layouts I used a Martha Stewart punch, Martha Stewart flowers, Flair "Summer Daze" paper collection, Bazzil cardstock, May Arts Ribbon & Bo Bunny papers. We have most of these items in stock at Generations of Memories.

Gonna try this again....

OK...so I started out great guns getting the blog going....then Debbie and I became world travelers...first Deb to Aruba, then together to Cabo, then Deb on a cruise, then I was off to Florida...phew...it's tiring just typing this....OMW...but in between all these travels I still have been creating!! and getting new products in the store.....

SO, today...I will spotlight Reminisce and the UnWritten Collection...and how much fun is this line!!! Now, I do need to brag on myself a little bit...this layout is in the Reminisce Catalog and when I showed my daughter...she said, "I'm Famous!!!" gotta love my Lysie!! We now have the papers in the store along with the border strips and dimensional stickers....and OH HOW MUCH FUN IS THIS!!

I also created this mini using the same UnWritten papers. This will be a class to be held April 15th at 6:00 pm, titled..."Make your own Flowers!" We will be using many different types of papers to create these beautiful flowers along with several different flavors of Glimmer Mist. Class cost is $20 per person. Contact Generations of Memories at 603-444-733 to register for the class. Class size is limited so register EARLY!!

We also have the new Real Sports diecuts by Reminisce....Softball, Basketball, Baseball and Soccer! Here is another example to their products in action.

Fall is here!

Fall is here, in all it's beauty.....The colors are just amazing this year....(I probably say that every year), but it is one of my favorite seasons...with all the colors....they are JUST breathe taking!

To celebrate this beauty, I created this two page layout using the NEW Little Yellow Bicycle paper collection....AUTUMN BLISS. And what a beautiful paper line this is!!! I also included, in this layout, their Felt Stickers and Pearl and Jewel Stickers.
I created my own embellishments using some beautiful ribbons from May Arts...some new and some not so new!! My journaling scalloped circle is from The Paper Cut....also new!!

So.......we brought in a line from Sassafras Lass to see what you guys would about it....a trial order....you might say!!

I personally couldn't wait to work with it!!! It is such a bright and fun line!! And I had just the picture to use!!

So what is there not to love about this paper?!?
The amazingly designed double sided paper?
The totally awesome cut-off strips?
The journaling sheets?
The cute felties?

WHat?!?

I then pulled out my Claudine Hellmuth's Studio Line Acrylic Paint....oh this stuff is sooooo amazing!!

I think one of the qualities I like the most is you can water this stuff down and it works with the same color intensity and the original!!!

Needless to say....everything on my work surface has blue or yellow paint on it....
